PP docs ask us this all the time.
Why are people finding me but not booking?
Short answer: Because finding you and trusting you are two different things, and most practices only solve the first one.
If you’re getting referrals, or being found on Google, or getting leads from ZocDoc, or running a successful social media campaign… that’s great… but getting found is only half the journey.
When a potential patient searches your name or your specialty, they're not ready to call yet. They're deciding.
They're scanning your website.
Looking for a video.
Reading your reviews.
Trying to get a feel for who you are before they ever pick up the phone.
And if what they find doesn't help them feel confident… they keep looking.
That's not a traffic problem. That's a trust problem.
Here's what's usually missing:
A clear sense of what it's like to be a patient at your practice
Something that makes them feel like they already know you a little
Videos that let them see and hear you before the first appointment
Text on a page tells them what you do.
Video shows them who you are.
That's the difference between someone who clicks away and someone who calls.
None of this is marketing in the traditional sense. It's patient care that happens to start online.
